Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping 

We partner with trusted suppliers worldwide to fulfill orders. Here’s what to expect:

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days (suppliers prepare and ship orders).

  • Delivery: 5–14 business days to the U.S. via standard shipping (e.g., USPS, FedEx).

  • Delays: Occasionally, customs, holidays, or supplier shortages may delay orders. We’ll notify you if delays exceed 14 days.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.


2. Returns & Refunds 

Eligibility:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • Wrong Items: Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Process:

  1. Email info@thetoukan.com with your order number, photos, and issue description.

  2. We’ll work with the supplier to approve your return.

  3. If approved:

    • Refund: Issued as store credit or to your original payment method (minus shipping fees).

    • Replacement: Free reshipment (if stock allows).

    • Return Shipping: You may need to ship the item back to the supplier (we’ll provide a label if required).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized products (e.g., engraved jewelry) unless damaged.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked).


3. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost in Transit: Contact us after 15 business days. We’ll work with the supplier to reship or refund.

  • Stolen After Delivery: File a report with local authorities and contact your shipping carrier. We’re not liable for porch theft.


4.Notes

  • Supplier Inventory: Products may sell out quickly. We update our site regularly, but occasional stock errors can occur.

  • Address Errors: Double-check your shipping details. Wrong addresses may require a reshipment fee.
